Refund Policy

We want you to love your new item as much as we have , however if you need to return your order for whatever reason, this is possible 

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive the order .

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase , unfortunately we can't offer you a refund . please not that to be eligible for a return . your order needs to be sent in it's original condition . when the order not in it's original condition ( is damaged or missing parts ) for reasons not due to our error . We won't be able  to refund you 

How to start your refund ?

 To start a return, you can contact us at  finance.dellovia@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues .
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  info.dellovia@gmail.com

Refunds .
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
